McGraw Hill seeks a Supervisor, Instructional Designer, Dual Literacy (ELA/SLA) for K-12 literacy programs. This remote PSW role ends 08/31/2027, collaborating with content, product management, UX, and media teams to deliver high-quality digital materials.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in digital content development, strong leadership, and experience with Spanish-language materials. AI curiosity and budget awareness are a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field required.
• Experience working with Spanish-language materials; prior experience as a Spanish, ESL, SLA, or dual-language teacher is a plus.
• 4+ years experience in digital content development that includes teaching and learning materials.
• Prior people management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects within tight deliverables and budgets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence trade-off decisions.
• Experience designing digital platforms and creating learning experiences with authoring tools, LMS, and CMS.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and their application to instructional design.
