Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Suicide Prevention Coordinator (SPC) to support suicide prevention programming for active-duty SOF personnel. The SPC will coordinate prevention and postvention efforts, serve as a subject matter expert, and promote evidence-based practices that strengthen resilience and protective factors. This is a remote CONUS role with potential for clinical duties as required.

U.S. citizenship is required and a Secret clearance or eligibility is required for contract performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker with CSWE-accredited MSW.
• Experience working with military populations or SOF communities.
• Strong program management and policy coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a high-performance team and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Coordinate suicide prevention policy, programming, and practices across components.
• Provide clinical supervision and, when needed, direct clinical care.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and SLAs; participate in meetings.
• Support development of component-level policies and procedures for suicide prevention.
