Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Suicide Prevention Coordinator to support prevention programming and initiatives for active-duty SOF personnel. The SPC will coordinate prevention and postvention efforts and may provide clinical care as needed, requiring active US security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, aligning with contract SLAs, and collaborating with stakeholders across components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of peer-reviewable clinical social work experience in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Serve as SME for suicide prevention policy, programming, and practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees, as applicable.
• Maintain client information and accurate notes in the EMR.
