Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced clinician to lead suicide prevention efforts, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with program requirements. The role includes direct clinical work and cross‑functional collaboration with military partners.

You will review research, help develop component policies, and coordinate prevention initiatives across training, family programs, and community engagement. A licensed MSW with an LCSW is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, group, and couples therapy as appropriate.
• Supervise unlicensed providers or trainees and clinical staff.
• Coordinate suicide prevention programs and integrate practices into training and family/spiritual programs.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and military partners and attend relevant meetings.
• Review research and implement best practices in suicide prevention policies and procedures.
