CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) - Program Manager to lead assessment, development, and continuous improvement of the SUD continuum of care, focusing on medications for addictions and optimization across primary and specialty settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, public health, healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, education, or non-profit organizations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting, developing, implementing, or evaluating SUD services, medications for addiction treatment, or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance to expand and optimize SUD services across care settings.
• Determine and monitor key performance metrics for program effectiveness.
• Guide program staff and cross-functional partners.
• Provide technical assistance to teams and external partners.
• Lead projects to implement and improve SUD services.
• Support workflows, tools, and care coordination across settings.
• Research emerging practices to inform program improvement.
• Collaborate with providers to engage members in treatment.
• Coordinate learning collaboratives to share best practices.
• Translate policies and contractual requirements into operational practices.
• Serve as an internal subject matter resource on SUD programs.
• Support workforce development, including provider recruitment and training.
