Qualifications

• Assoc./Bachelor's with direct work with individuals with SUD is preferred.
• CadC-I or CADC-R within 30 days of hire and ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Must have Oregon driver's license or ability to obtain one and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive needs assessments for individuals with SUD.
• Develops and manages treatment plans aligned with policies and regulations.
• Maintains timely clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Builds collaborative relationships with community partners and services.
• Assists clients in accessing benefits, housing resources, and expungement when eligible.
