Job summary

Insider, Inc. is seeking a Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor based in Portland, Oregon. This role focuses on delivering virtual counseling sessions to support recovery and promote wellness. Qualifications

• Must reside in Oregon and provide telehealth services from our Portland office.
• Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with EMR systems

Telehealth platform proficiency

Education

Active and verifiable Oregon counseling licenses of CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III + (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
