• Lead design reviews ensuring technical quality and compliance.
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with engineers across disciplines.
• Manage project timelines and communications with clients.
• Resolve design issues and interferences to deliver complete, high-quality products.
• QA/QC site steel plans, foundations, and BOMs prepared by reports.
