ABB is seeking a Protection & Control Engineer for a senior‑level, remote‑eligible role with preference for Northern California. You will lead engineering activities, act as design authority, and ensure cost‑effective project execution across multiple disciplines for substation protection & control systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of P&C project experience, and a CA PE license.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE License in California required.
• 5+ years of protection & control project experience for utility customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and act as technical lead for engineering activities in assignments.
• Ensure efficient and cost‑effective execution across disciplines.
• Design authority for a specific engineering discipline and complete related assignments.
• Coordinate planning, execution of new and retrofit designs for substations.
