Qualifications

• PE licence required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–12 years of direct substation engineering experience.
• Physical design and protection & control experience or blended substation design.
• Experience delivering engineering calculations and design packages.

Responsibilities

• Support substation design from preliminary engineering through issued-for-construction deliverables.
• Perform engineering calculations for bus, grounding, and equipment selection.
• Conduct technical studies including short-circuit, grounding, and arc-flash.
• Prepare specifications and design packages.
• Coordinate with project teams and provide guidance to junior engineers.
