Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Subsidy Billing Manager to oversee subsidy billing activities, ensuring accurate calculations, invoicing, collections, and reporting in accordance with governing documents and contracts.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clients, board members, and internal teams. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, with 5+ years in related roles. Remote work environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing, accounting, finance, property management, community association management, or related financial operations.
• Experience interpreting contracts, governing documents, legal agreements, or funding arrangements preferred.
• Experience managing receivables, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review governing documents, subsidy agreements, contracts, and related legal documentation.
• Calculate and prepare subsidy billings according to governing documents and methodologies.
• Prepare monthly subsidy billing trackers and cash flow projections.
• Explain subsidy calculations and billing methodologies to clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for client meetings regarding subsidy billing and funding requirements.
• Ensure postings to the general ledger and reconcile billing activity with accounting records.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
