Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee daily post-acute billing operations across SNF, Home Health, Hospice, and Rehab. You will supervise Billing Specialists, monitor submissions, resolve escalations, and ensure Medicare/Medicaid/commercial payer compliance while driving denial reduction and AR optimization.

The role supports a remote work model in the United States, requires strong Excel and EMR/RCM system experience, and offers a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Experience supervising Billing Specialists and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Billing Specialists with training and coaching.
• Oversee claim generation, submission, and denial resolution.
• Monitor billing accuracy, payer compliance, and timely submission.
• Collaborate with outsourced vendors to improve performance.
• Develop reports to identify revenue cycle improvements.
• Ensure CMS and payer compliance with policies.
