Responsibilities include reviewing agency requirements, processing authorizations, and maintaining subsidy records. This front-line role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bookkeeping, billing, and accounts receivable experience preferred.
• 10-key proficiency.
• Strong digital literacy with MS Office and email.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organization and learning agility.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Align subsidy tuition strategy with company goals and adapt to change.
• Acquire agency contracts and review requirements.
• Process authorizations and secure reimbursements with centers and agencies.
• Manage accounts receivable transfers and discounts; compile weekly details.
• Review attendance and complete billing according to guidelines.
• Reconcile payments and address re-bill/refund opportunities.
• Follow up on receivables and prepay balances until resolved.
• Prepare reports and monitor for unusual items; raise issues as needed.
• Audit and reconcile center financial records and make adjustments.
• Maintain subsidy records per guidelines and policies.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
