Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Subsidy Tuition Coordinator to support centers with child care assistance programs, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service to field operations and agencies. You will align subsidy strategies, process contracts, manage authorizations, and handle billing and AR tasks, while maintaining records and building strong internal and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bookkeeping, billing and accounts receivable experience preferred.
• 10-key proficiency.
• Strong digital literacy covering MS Office and email.
• Excellent customer service, professionalism, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective personal organizational skills and skills in learning agility.
• Work independently, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Align to subsidy strategy and adapt to change.
• Acquire agency contracts and review requirements.
• Process authorizations and secure reimbursements with centers and agencies.
• Complete accounts receivable transfers and reconcile payments.
• Prepare and distribute reports, monitor for unusual items and resolve issues.
• Audit and reconcile center financial records and complete adjustments.
