KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Subsidy Tuition Coordinator to join our team. This front-line role coordinates centers' child care subsidy activities, ensures compliance with agency guidelines, and delivers excellent customer service to field operations and government agencies.

You will handle contracts, authorizations, reimbursements, billing, reporting, and AR tasks while supporting centers and agencies to ensure accurate, timely processing and audits.

Competenze

• High School diploma is required.
• Experience with bookkeeping, billing and accounts receivable preferred.
• 10-key proficiency and strong MS Office skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication, customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Align subsidy tuition strategy with agency requirements and maintain compliance.
• Acquire and review agency contracts and requirements.
• Process authorizations and secure reimbursements with centers and agencies.
• Manage accounts receivable transfers, AR adjustments and billing per guidelines.
• Prepare reports, monitor unusual items, and resolve issues.
• Audit and reconcile center financial records and maintain subsidy records.
