Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to manage lifecycle activities for basic subcontract agreements. You will support capture, proposals, and contract execution while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing basic subcontract agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of CPSR compliance requirements and ability to maintain multiple agreement types (FAR Part 12/15).
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, public law, and commercial contract management principles.
• Familiarity with government purchasing system requirements and related regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Costpoint or similar ERP/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage basic subcontract agreements during execution from initial award through completion.
• Support capture and proposal activities by contributing to subcontract strategy and documentation through contract award.
• Prepare solicitation documents including statements of work, terms and conditions, and evaluation factors for RFPs.
• Incorporate evaluation criteria to ensure effective subcontractor selection.
• Ensure receipt and accuracy of subcontractor-submitted documents related to deliverables.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for schedule, cost, and technical objectives.
• Apply FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements to subcontracting activities.
