Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. seeks a Subcontract/Procurement Analyst for end-to-end procurement lifecycle management of mechanical hardware for DoD programs. You will source suppliers, prepare RFQ packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate pricing, and administer subcontracts and POs while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.

The role is a 3-month contract (likely extensions), remote in the US, W-2 with health benefits and 401K, and involves high-volume requisitions to support USG munitions ramp.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Subcontract Procurement experience.
• FAR/DFARS purchasing experience with electrical components.
• Heavily preferred candidates with government purchasing experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume procurements and supplier cost/schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for mechanical hardware subcontracting for DOD programs.
• Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate, and administer subcontracts/POs.
• Coordinate additions/deletions/modifications to subcontracts and supplier agreements as needed.
• Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority.
• High-volume purchase requisition to PO placements supporting USG munitions ramp.
