Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, seeks a Clinical Operations SME and Sales Specialist to expand the Study Experience portfolio within MedTech. You will lead with deep domain knowledge, guiding opportunities from qualification to close across CTMS, eTMF, and Site Payments.

You will collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Strategy to translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps and value propositions for C‑suite partners, while meeting growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience selling or supporting Clinical Operations cloud platforms (CTMS, eTMF, Site Payments).
• Proven sales track record with clinical-stage companies and quotas.
• Experience negotiating complex software contracts and services.
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives and build trust.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% depending on needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial SME for Medidata's Study Experience portfolio in the MedTech territory.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Strategy to feed market intelligence into roadmaps.
• Develop compelling business cases, ROI models, and demonstrations for executives.
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
