Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Clinical Operations SME and Sales Specialist to lead expansion for Study Experience offerings within a defined MedTech territory. This is a remote role with a strong emphasis on commercial expertise in Clinical Operations workflows and cloud platforms.

You will be the definitive expert, driving adoption of CTMS, eTMF, and Site Payments while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to inform roadmaps and win new business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience selling or supporting Clinical Operations cloud platforms.
• Experience with CTMS, eTMF, or Site Payments.
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary commercial SME for Medidata's Study Experience portfolio across the MedTech territory.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Strategy to channel market intelligence into roadmaps.
• Build relationships with customers to translate challenges into compelling solution recommendations.
• Navigate a cross-functional sales environment to close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
