DeVry Educational Development Corp. seeks a Student Support Advisor to guide students through enrollment, financial planning, and ongoing academic progress. You will collaborate with Admissions to provide clear program, cost, and funding information and help students prepare for their educational journey.

You will monitor financial eligibility, advise on Title IV programs, and work across departments to ensure students receive comprehensive support and resources for success.

Formación

• Some college coursework is required.
• At least 1 year of exceptional customer service or prior advising experience in an education setting.
• Ability to access and navigate NSLDS and avoid default on Title IV aid.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications; comfortable with databases.
• Home office with reliable DSL/Cable internet and wired Ethernet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advising on financial, academic, and service-related matters to help students graduate.
• Collaborate with Admissions to answer queries, explain programs and costs, and outline funding options.
• Develop and validate estimated financial plans and clear timelines for applicants.
• Monitor student accounts, guide financial eligibility, and evaluate awards to promote success.
• Use data and systems to track enrollment, persistence, and graduation information.
• Document all interactions accurately in the designated institutional systems.
• Maintain discretion and judgement when evaluating complex academic and financial situations.
