Qualifications

• Two years of college and two years of experience in education or equivalent
• Ability to pass required background check
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of students to increase engagement
• Provide proactive support using data resources
• Assist with onboarding (Strong Start) experiences for students and Learning Coaches
• Serve as primary contact between students, Learning Coaches, teachers, and administration
• Pursue ongoing education and training to meet student needs
