Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a New Student Advisor to support learners at the start of their educational journey. You will guide students through course navigation, answer non-academic questions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

This full-time remote role requires strong English communication, time management, and the ability to work with diverse learners. You’ll collaborate with teammates, track progress, and help improve retention and success across programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in time management of competing priorities.
• Relationship building and accountability driven.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer skills to use required technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and assist with course navigation.
• Primary contact for learners' non-academic inquiries via voice, text, social media, and video.
• Collaborate to develop and implement retention initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving individual, team, and departmental retention goals.
• Participate in team collaboration and virtual events; perform other duties as assigned.
