Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for student/family inquiries and issues.
• Provide timely, accurate information and assistance.
• Liaise with parents/students and escalate when needed to leadership.
• Manage communications with families via phone and email.
• Coordinate with campus staff on updates and registration changes.
• Monitor waitlists and handle registration updates.
• Oversee completion of required student forms.
