Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required and supports enrollment processes.

• Experience with financial aid or student finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and enrolling students by phone, video, or in person.
• Explain available financial options including federal, state, institutional funding.
• Guide students through the financial aid process and required documentation.
• Collect and submit documentation to the Student Finance Department on time.
• Maintain timely communication and provide professional, student-centered service.
