Charter College Anchorage is seeking a Student Enrollment Advisor to assist prospective and enrolling students with financial guidance and options. You will coordinate with the Student Finance Department and Admissions to guide families through the funding process, documentation, and timelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, timely communication, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced enrollment environment on campus in Anchorage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in financial aid or student finance preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and confidently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective and enrolling students by phone, video, or in person in a timely manner.
• Provide responsive, professional, and student-centered customer service.
• Clearly explain available financial options, including federal, state, institutional, and alternative funding sources.
• Help students understand how they can make their education financially attainable.
• Ensure students feel informed, supported, and comfortable with their financial plan.
• Collect, review, and submit required documentation to the Student Finance Department accurately and on time.
• Document student interactions and activities accurately in CNexus.
• Work closely with Admissions to support a seamless enrollment experience.
