Job summary

The Chicago School is hiring an Advising Operations Coordinator for a remote role. The position focuses on operational processes and systems for student advising, reporting, and data accuracy within the Student Advising team.

You will collaborate with students, faculty, staff, and academic departments to deliver a strong advising experience, while supporting enrollment and scheduling, and coordinating with Student Support Counselors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of administrative or higher education experience.
• Experience with CampusVue/Campus Nexus or similar SIS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information management for advising-related data and reports.
• Lead course scheduling and enrollment management.
• Coordinate with departments and Student Support Counselors.
• Audit data accuracy and ensure system integrity.
• Support enrollment processes and academic advising activities.
