Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking an Advising Operations Coordinator to support student advising operations across departments. This remote role reports to the Assistant Director of Advising Operations and collaborates with students, faculty, staff, and counselors to ensure accurate data, efficient scheduling, and smooth enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative or higher education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Centrally track advising-related data and ensure it is accessible, accurate, and up to date.
• Track student information related to academic progress, residency, and enrollment.
• Review commencement eligibility and degree audits to keep students on track for graduation.
• Coordinate internal articulation agreements for students moving between programs.
• Collaborate on enrollment, course scheduling, and student support operational needs.
• Generate and review reports to support enrollment management, course scheduling, and system audits.
• Conduct routine data audits to ensure course and enrollment information is accurate.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and coordinate with departments to maintain data integrity.
