The Chicago School is seeking an Operations Analyst in the Student Support Department to transform data into actionable insights, streamline processes, and develop systems for reporting that enable staff and leadership to make informed decisions. The role combines analytics, project management, and technology to support student experience and academic success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in operations analysis, project management, or process improvement in higher education.

• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience with technology systems, data, reporting tools, or process automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Advising Operations, Student Advising, and Student Support to strengthen processes that affect student progress and retention.
• Create/maintain dashboards and data visualizations for actionable insights on student support and outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret student support data to identify trends and inform leadership decisions.
