Job summary

Registry Partners is seeking a STS Congenital Data Abstractor for remote, part-time work within the United States. The Data Abstractor II will follow RP’s guidelines, manage project parameters, and meet productivity goals while maintaining accurate case logs and timesheets.

The role emphasizes adherence to client policies and timely communication with the team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of STS Congenital Heart Surgery abstracting experience and must maintain required registry

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year current abstraction experience with the STS Congenital Heart Surgery Database.
• Maintain certification and recertification by specific registry type, as required.
• Proficient in registry related manuals, registry software systems, and electronic medical record applications.

Responsibilities

• Abstracting and registry operations
• Completion of timesheet and case log per company standard
• Provide timely responses to questions and/or concerns
• Follows RP internal corporate policies and procedures as well as client specific policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
