Qualifications

• 7 years experience or 15 years in structural heavy civil estimating.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of state and local construction specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for Structural Heavy Highway and Heavy Civil projects.
• Coordinate to maintain knowledge of current pricing and bidding conditions.
• Provide cost control strategies and risk analysis for construction projects.
