Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in structural heavy civil estimating or 15 years in related fields required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of state and local construction specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual estimates for heavy civil projects.
• Coordinate with industry contacts for current pricing and bidding conditions.
• Provide risk analysis and constructability reviews.
