Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in structural heavy civil estimating or more than 15 years in related fields required.
• Ability to develop conceptual, historical, and production-based estimates.
• Knowledge of state and local construction specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for Structural Heavy Highway and Heavy Civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with industry contacts for pricing and bidding conditions.
• Provide cost control strategies and constructability reviews.
