Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction, or related field plus 7 years’ experience.
• More than 15 years’ experience in structural heavy civil estimating.
• Working knowledge in HCSS HeavyBid and/or other estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and production-based estimates for projects.
• Coordinate with industry contacts for pricing and bidding conditions.
• Provide structural estimates, cost control strategies, and risk analysis.
