Job summary

Audax Private Debt, based in New York, seeks an Investor Relations Operations Analyst to support a high-visibility IR function and manage outbound investor communications. The role emphasizes data quality in the Audax CRM, timely inquiries handling, and collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years in asset management or IR, strong Excel skills, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous asset management industry or investor relations experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM databases (Dynamo, Salesforce) ideal.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, exceptionally detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external parties on investor onboarding to ensure timely data entry in the Audax CRM.
• Maintain CRM data quality through regular reviews and backfills when needed.
• Manage ad hoc requests with tight deadlines and coordinate reporting with internal/ external teams.
• Coordinate and track investor reporting processes including ILPA and audits.
• Monitor inbound investor requests and coordinate responses with multiple departments.
• Liaise with transfer agents for daily order reviews and escalate as needed.
• Daily communication with Finance, Portfolio Reporting, Legal, Compliance and external fund admins.
• Support downstream investor reporting with data inputs and quality checks.
• Document and record investor tax forms and CRM updates.
• Assist in regular IR Ops reporting to internal teams.
