Kimmel & Associates Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Structural & Miscellaneous Steel to own projects from detailing through fabrication, erection, and closeout.

This remote role requires directing schedules, budgets, procurement, and client relationships across the Western United States. You'll collaborate with preconstruction, detailing, fabrication, purchasing, safety, and project administration teams to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery, while

Competenze

• 7+ years managing structural and miscellaneous steel projects.
• 3–5+ years as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in structural steel.
• Full lifecycle knowledge: detailing, fabrication, procurement, delivery and erection.
• Experience with design-assist and design-build project delivery preferred.
• Detailing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for clients and GCs after preconstruction turnover.
• Coordinate engineering, detailing, RFIs, and submittals.
• Align procurement, fabrication releases, deliveries, and erection sequencing with schedules.
• Direct and support Assistant PMs and project coordinators.
• Coordinate vendors, sub-fabricators, and erection subcontractors.
• Manage scope changes, subcontract agreements, and POs.
• Develop monthly cost forecasts, oversee progress billing, and cash flow.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and performance to resolve issues.
• Coordinate field issue resolution with erection, safety, and quality teams.
• Participate in project meetings and site visits.
• Maintain project documentation and Procore workflow.
• Drive final billing, retention release, and closeout activities.
