Our Client, an established structural and miscellaneous steel contractor serving the Southwestern United States, seeks an experienced Project Manager to own projects from detailing through fabrication, erection, and closeout in a fully remote role with travel. You will report to the Director of Project Management and coordinate with design, detailing, procurement, and field teams.

Travel includes overnight site visits, with preference for CA, AZ, NM, UT, CO, NV.

About the Position:

• Seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from detailing through fabrication, erection, and closeout.
• This remote role requires understanding the complete structural steel lifecycle and how drawing releases, fabrication schedules, procurement, and erection sequencing impact performance.
• Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, client relationships, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate engineering, design, and detailing teams.
• Align material procurement, fabrication releases, deliveries, and erection sequencing with project schedules.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, progress billing, and contract administration, plus drive closeout activities.

Work Arrangement & Travel:

• This is a remote position with travel through out the Western United States.
• Candidates in CA, AZ, NM, UT, CO, or NV are preferred, but surrounding states may be considered.
• Travel varies by project, including overnight trips or weekly site visits during active erection.
