Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is seeking a Software Product Manager to guide strategy, discovery, and delivery of software for structural components. You will shape the product roadmap, align with customer needs, and drive modernization across the product lifecycle.

Lead cross-functional teams, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, and own backlog priorities. This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and customer-focused execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years in software product management or product ownership.
• Experience with cross-functional software development teams.
• Knowledge of CAD/BIM and structural design software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Translate customer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog prioritization and collaborate with engineering and UX.
• Communicate decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership.
