Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Product Manager for Concrete Products to guide the product line through its lifecycle, from strategy to launch, aligning customer needs with market demand and organizational goals.

You will drive profitable growth by coordinating with engineering, marketing, sales, quality, sourcing and production, and by leading product training across branches, with travel up to 25% as needed. Location: Gallatin, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years in product management.
• Minimum 2 years of concrete and masonry product knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of building code and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concrete products within the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, R&D, and engineering to define applications.
• Develop new product definitions, financial analyses, and timelines.
• Create marketing materials to support the portfolio and revenue.
• Oversee product life cycle, profitability, and future requirements.
• Lead product training for Simpson personnel and branches.
• Partner with sales and regional engineering to advance industry knowledge.
• Regularly identify opportunities from internal and external sources.
• Engage with industry organizations to maximize product impact.
