Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and sales support for Structural Heart products across a defined region. You will train interventional cardiologists and cath lab staff, perform procedural coverage, and share product and market insights to support marketing strategies.

Travel up to 50% is expected; a strong clinical orientation is required, along with the ability to interact with diverse clinician personalities. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 3+ years’ of which is Structural Heart or Heart Failure implantable device specific clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and sales support through education of current and potential customers, and procedure coverage with a defined region.
• Train interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff and ancillary personnel on Structural Heart products.
• Communicate product, clinical and market data to appropriate personnel and support product marketing strategies.
• Meet with customers to identify clinical needs and provide feasible solutions.
