Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and sales support for Structural Heart products across a defined region. You will train interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and ancillary personnel while delivering technical support during procedures.

The role involves traveling up to 50% and communicating product benefits, data, and market trends to drive strategies and patient care improvements within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience is required.
• 9+ years cardiovascular work experience; 3+ years Structural Heart/Heart Failure implantable device clinical experience.
• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements including vaccination (COVID-19) unless accommodation is requested.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serve as primary clinical support resource for surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
• Educate customers on clinical usage and updates of company products and technologies.
