Job summary

Corrosion Probe, Inc. (CPI) is seeking a structural engineer to join our team for rehabilitation design of Water/Wastewater Infrastructure projects. Work is primarily remote with travel to sites; preferred to be within driving distance of Boston, MA.

The role focuses on asset-preserving rehabilitation and corrosion prevention through collaboration with metallurgy and coatings experts. Responsibilities include conducting structural analyses, inspecting steel and reinforced concrete, and leading

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and rehabilitation design for various structures.
• Inspect structures for rehabilitation design and condition assessment (steel and reinforced concrete).
• Learn other CPI services to maximize longevity of structures.
• Lead multiple medium-sized projects while managing schedule and client expectations.
• Record data in the field and take diligent notes.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate with clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Travel ~25% for non-local assignments; local site visits ~2 hours.
