Job summary

Core States Group is seeking a Structural BIM Designer to design, detail, and draft construction documents for projects across the U.S. You will use Revit Structure to create 3D BIM models of beams, columns, walls, and foundations, and coordinate with architectural, civil, and MEP teams.

You will deliver fully annotated plans and sections, ensure BIM standards compliance, and participate in QA/QC processes, with flexible remote or hybrid work options in the domestic U.S.

Qualifications

• Technical School or higher in civil/architectural engineering or equivalent experience.
• Revit Certification (Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Structural Design) is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting experience with steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
• Ability to develop detailed 3D BIM models and fully annotated construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
• Report to Structural Project Engineer and Structural Project Manager.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team throughout design development and construction documents.
• Perform QA/QC on model data, including clash detection and model health maintenance.
• Maintain budgets and assist with related tasks as needed.
• Produce accurate as-built documentation and detailed schedules.
