Job summary

Frontline Source Group—your client's Strategic Operations Lead role—seeks a high-velocity operator to translate frontline workflows into an AI roadmap. You’ll work with engineers, billers, and IDR specialists to optimize throughput, with direct reporting to the COO and VP of Operations.

This is a fully remote US-based position with travel to the Dallas–Fort Worth area as needed. You will own the AI roadmap for operations, drive ROI-focused prioritization, and ensure rollout adoption.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in strategy consulting (MBB, Big 4, tier-2) or high-velocity strategy roles in operational businesses
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and drive measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical toolkit with comfort handling large datasets (claims, payments)
• Experience working with operators, engineers, and senior leadership
• Product-minded operator with SaaS background; AI/automation transformation experience is a plus
• Familiarity with low-code/internal tooling platforms (e.g., Retool) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap for operations and translate floor issues into buildable specs
• Rank opportunities by ROI and prioritize backlog with engineering leadership
• Ensure adoption: rollout, training, change management, and escalation path
• Instrument metrics and report weekly to leadership to drive results
• Protect accuracy, recovery rate, and compliance as throughput scales
• Partner with COO/VP Operations to deliver value creation plans and roadmaps
