Meet Life Sciences Ltd. is seeking a Founding Strategy & Operations Manager in New York City to partner with founders and executives on high-impact strategic initiatives. You will help shape company strategy while building scalable operating foundations to support rapid growth.

You will drive cross-functional projects across commercial, operational, and G&A functions, design playbooks, and implement reporting to enable data-driven decisions at scale.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing leaders.
• Background in healthcare or AI/tech is highly desirable.

Role: Founding Strategy & Operations Manager

Location: New York City, On-site

Meet is currently partnered with a fast-growing AI company transforming how life sciences organisations commercialise therapeutics through cutting-edge AI and automation technology.

Following significant growth, they are looking to hire a Director of Strategy & Operations to partner closely with executive leadership, helping shape company strategy while building the operational foundations needed to scale a high-growth business.

• Partner directly with executive leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives, business planning, and company-wide decision making
• Lead cross-functional strategy and operations projects, driving execution across commercial, operational, and G&A functions
• Build scalable operating frameworks, processes, playbooks, and reporting to support rapid company growth
• Conduct market analysis, financial modelling, competitive research, and commercial strategy to support expansion initiatives
• Develop go-to-market strategies, sales planning, pricing, customer expansion, and operational scaling initiatives
• Manage and mentor the Strategy & Operations team while working closely with leaders across the business
• Improve organisational efficiency by identifying opportunities to automate workflows and optimise internal processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or a similarly high-performance environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience turning complex business challenges into actionable recommendations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
• Background within healthcare, life sciences, healthtech, SaaS, AI, or another fast-growing technology environment is highly desirable
• Experience working within a startup or high-growth business, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
• Strong commercial acumen with exposure to go-to-market strategy, operations, financial modelling, or business planning
• Previous people management experience is advantageous but not essential
