Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Primary Care Strategy to partner with PCO and CenterWell leadership, shaping strategic direction and translating strategy into measurable business results. You will apply strategic analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level synthesis to support our highest-priority initiatives.

You will report to the Associate VP, PCO Strategy. You will drive cross-functional execution, develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates, aligning senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years at a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Experience building financial models, interpreting data, and developing business cases.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and lead cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating executive presentations and deliverables; ability to communicate clearly.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decisions.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, interdependencies, and risk identification.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and decision-support to advance strategy development.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
