Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Primary Care Strategy to partner with PCO and CenterWell leadership, shaping strategic direction and translating strategy into measurable results.

You will solve complex problems, build financial models, and develop executive-ready analyses for senior leaders and the Board. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities, using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations that inform leadership and Board decision-making.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations to support business priorities.
• Own priority workstreams, including workplans, interdependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk identification to support successful execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement through working sessions, stakeholder alignment activities, and decision-support efforts that advance strategy development and enable coordinated execution across PCO.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates that communicate progress, risks, and strategic implications.

Education
