Humana Inc. / CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Lead, Primary Care Strategy to shape PCO's strategic direction and translate strategy into measurable results. You will work with executive leaders, build financial models, and create compelling executive-level materials.

Remote role with EST hours and potential travel to Arlington, VA as needed. The position requires 3+ years in strategy/consulting and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years with a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role requiring core consulting skills, with evidence of increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting operational and financial data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables that communicate complex concepts with clarity.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities, using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations that inform leadership and Board decision-making.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations to support business priorities.
• Own priority workstreams, including workplans, interdependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk identification to support successful execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement through working sessions, stakeholder alignment activities, and decision-support efforts that advance strategy development and enable coordinated execution across PCO.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates that communicate progress, risks, and strategic implications.
