Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Primary Care Strategy to partner with CenterWell leadership, shaping strategic direction and translating strategy into measurable results.

You will solve complex problems, conduct financial modeling, develop business cases, and present findings to executives and the Board. The role requires EST hours, remote flexibility with a preferred Washington, DC metro alignment, and responsibility for end-to-end strategy execution across PCO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years with a management consulting firm or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities, using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations that inform leadership and Board decision-making.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations to support business priorities.
• Own priority workstreams, including workplans, interdependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk identification to support successful execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement through working sessions, stakeholder alignment activities, and decision-support efforts that advance strategy development and enable coordinated execution across PCO.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates that communicate progress, risks, and strategic implications.
