The role emphasizes ownership of deliverables, strong communication, and mentorship of junior staff, with occasional travel and a focus on value delivery for health plan partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Health Administration, or closely related field.
• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in MBA, MIS, Health Admin or related field.
• PMI/ITIL/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery and execution of complex, large-scale client programs.
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to deliver on commitments.
• Lead workstreams to meet milestones, ensure quality, and manage budgets.
• Coach and mentor junior resources.
