Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a seasoned managing consultant to support large-scale, multi-year client transformations across Health Plans. You will coordinate with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to deliver value and lead workstreams with senior stakeholders.

You will guide organizational change, define requirements and deliver artifacts, while mentoring junior professionals and ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or closely related field.
• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience.
• Preferred: 3 years in Healthcare/ Insurance, 3 years in Technology Platform Delivery, 3 years in Program/Project Management, experience engaging senior leaders, and experience in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of complex, multi-year client enterprise transformation programs; gather data, analyze, synthesize observations, and present recommendations.
• Build and share expertise with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to meet commitments.
• Support change management, solution packaging, planning and delivery for client value and outcomes.
• Design and own deliverable artifacts to deliver client value and meet contractual obligations.
• Lead engagement workstreams to meet milestones on time and within budgets.
• Provide coaching and development for junior resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
